Naperville Christian Academy has been educating students grades Preschool – 12th for over 20 years in the western suburbs of Chicago. We have a family-oriented culture and our office staff has the important job of building positive relationships through care and strong communication with our families. The office staff at NCA works cooperatively with our administration and faculty to keep the school running smoothly and efficiently.
The office assistant supports the office manager in the following general areas:
- Being a friendly first touch in answering phones and fielding admissions inquiries
- Welcoming guests, screening visitors, and maintaining building security
- Providing information to the community
- Helping with student needs throughout the day
- Keeping data up to date in our student information systems
- Organizing information, inventory, and all areas of the school
- Working on special projects

Naperville Christian Academy is seeking an additional qualified candidate to supervise students in after school care Monday through Friday, 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. for the 23-24 school year. Duties include checking students in, ensuring overall student well-being, facilitating homework time and free play, distributing snacks, and dismissing students safely to parents or approved pick-up persons. Paid before school care hours (7:30-8:00 a.m.) are also available.
Applicants must love the Lord wholeheartedly, exhibit a call to service, and demonstrate care for students. Candidates are required to complete a background check and DCFS mandatory reporter child protection training. (K-12, Part-time):
Naperville Christian Academy (NCA) is seeking a music teacher for the 2023-24 school year to carry on our established music program, an important component of our classical academic program, which incorporates musical instruction and enjoyment for Kindergarten through 12th grade. Through music classes and performances, voices, and instruments, we aim to teach students to speak the language of music and bring glory to the Divine Composer.
The music teacher is responsible for:
- Training students to use their voices in praise to the Lord (K – 12th)
- Teaching music theory and history (2nd – 12th)
- Orchestrating an annual Christmas Concert
- Directing an annual spring theatrical production
- Optional: Leading Student Chapel Club
(6-12, Full-time):
Do you see Latin roots everywhere you look? Glean wisdom from voices long past? Converse with Virgil and Cicero? Are you undaunted by a language unspoken?
Language is a vital part of a classical, Christian education. We are seeking a Latin teacher for our expanding ancient languages program who favors working with 6th – 12th grade students, and is ready to deepen their understanding of Latin grammar, exercise their translation muscles, and lead them to see the beauty in each text.
The Upper School Latin teacher is responsible for:
- Teaching Latin classes from 6th grade – 12th grade in both standard and honors tracks
- Assessing student progress and working to solidify comprehension of concepts
- Modeling enjoyment, diligence, and wonder in the study of language
- Collaborating with other faculty members to integrate learning and monitor homework load
- Mentoring students in character development
- Pursuing professional development to continually hone the art of teaching
(6-12, Full-time):
Are you fascinated by the Pythagorean Theorem? Love doing geometric proofs? Delight in demonstrating how mathematics testifies to the order of God’s design in the universe?
We are expanding our Upper School math department to increase math course offerings and provide vigorous math education for varying levels of learners. If you have a passion for numbers and a heart for students in grades 6 – 12, please contact us!

- Teaching math classes from Pre-Algebra to Calculus with a classical pedagogy
- Assessing student progress and working to solidify comprehension of concepts
- Modeling enjoyment of math and appreciation for the order of God’s creation
- Collaborating with other faculty members to integrate learning and monitor homework load
- Mentoring students in character development
- Pursuing professional development to continually hone the art of teaching
- Optional: Leading the Upper School Math Club
(6-12, Full-time):
Does your passion for literature spill over from the classroom into the hallway and beyond? Do you see scripture and history as the answer keys to the essential questions of life? Do you desire to help students learn discernment and eloquently voice their own ideas?
As our school grows, we continue to expand our Upper School humanities department to provide the full complement of offerings from Ancient to Modern eras. We are currently seeking a full-time humanities teacher to work with 6th-12th grade students in the areas of history, literature, grammar, and composition. Candidates should be able to demonstrate strong writing and editing skills needed to oversee the Senior Thesis capstone project.
The upper school Humanities teacher is responsible for:
- Teaching literature, history, grammar and composition classes in the 6th – 12th grade level range
- Facilitating learning through Socratic dialogue and mimetic instruction
- Foster in students a love of reading great texts and exploring important ideas
- Collaborating with other faculty members to integrate learning and monitor homework load
- Mentoring students in character development
- Pursuing professional development to continually hone the art of teaching
(K-5, Full-time):
Are you following a calling to teach? Do you want to shape students’ hearts as well as their minds? Would you love for your faith to play a key role in your classroom?
We desire to connect with education students and current teachers who are interested in building a firm foundation for life and learning for students in grades K – 5 by teaching them about all things good and true and beautiful. Our school does this through the classical Christian model for education in partnership with wonderful families who love and serve the Lord.
Our grammar school classroom teachers are responsible for:
- Teaching a classical, Christian curriculum to the students at each grade level
- Training students to glorify God by working hard in school and loving one another
- Collaborating with other faculty members to integrate learning and share best practices
- Mentoring students in character development
