Classes Begin: 8:30 am
Half Day Preschool Dismissal: 12:00 am
Half Day Kindergarten Dismissal: 12:00 am
Grammar School Dismissal (Grades PK-5): 3:15 pm
Upper School Dismissal (Grades 6-12): 3:15 pm
After Care 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm
Students should not arrive prior to 8:00 am. Any student on the school grounds before the student arrival time must be under the supervision of a parent unless before school care has been arranged in advance.
After Care is a supervised play or homework time between 3:30 and 5:00 pm. Students not picked up by 3:30 pm will be billed for aftercare.
Upper School Class Schedule:
Lunch
Students in Grades 1-12 and full day preschoolers and kindergartners bring their lunches to school. Students eat under the supervision of parent lunch monitors. Hot lunch and milk can be ordered directly through WT Cafe, our hot lunch provider. Students in Grades PK-5 have a 20 minute supervised recess after lunch.
Chapel Services
A Chapel service is held each Thursday morning from 8:35 am to 9:15 am. Our speakers include faculty members, local pastors, missionaries and ministry leaders. Attentive, courteous conduct that is honoring to the Lord is expected at all Chapel Services. Students wear dress uniforms. Parents and siblings are welcome to attend.
