The 2012-2013 school year has been another successful year at Naperville Christian Academy. From our first graduating class, to our first competitive basketball and cross country teams, to our first year of preschool, so much has been happening within and without these walls. So, I wanted to issue a hearty congratulations to those students who have achieved recognition in relation to their work and studies at NCA from outside of the school.

Senior Kaitlyn MacIntyre is a recipient of a 2013 National Merit Scholarship, which she will take with her to study electrical engineering or computer science at Northwestern University.

Senior Stevie Melter is a recipient of both academic and community leadership scholarships at Taylor University, where he will major in social science education, with emphases in world history, politics, and economics.

Junior Lexie Lobo has been recognized as a qualified candidate for the 2014 National Merit Scholarship and will be beginning the process over the next months.

Also, Rhetoric School students Alex Veague, Stevie Melter, and Kaitlyn MacIntyre have completed their AP testing for AP Statistics, AP Biology, and AP US History.
