Plight of Life
by Mikhaela Gabiola
Natures design, not our choice
The wind, thunder, hail- not very positive or pleasing
On days like these, you wonder why.
Though you feel sad, have hope God can bring happiness
All days start with hope, some end with despair.
Whatever happened in the middle is hard to explain.
Bad things happen because of sin; on days like these you wonder why.
But though you feel sad, have hope God can bring happiness.
One light to the next, a domino reaction
These can bring problems needed to be dealt within your schedule.
Can this day get any worse? Your emotions merge with your thoughts.
On days like these you wonder why.
But though you feel sad, have hope that God can bring happiness.
On the last straw, you don’t want to admit it, but the truth is you’re bummed out.
Some days, life does not go as planned, and that’s a fact.
On days like these you wonder why.
But though you feel sad, have hope God can bring happiness.
Sadness is just like happiness, depending which days you get what.
What you should remember is this: God is the light and He is in control.
When you get good moments, cherish them.
When things get rough, face it.
But though you feel sad, have hope God can bring happiness and light.
